The West Coast Response to "Lazy Sunday"

"Lazy Monday" is the L.A. answer to the Narnia rap from SNL that everyone (even 7- and 9-year olds) seems to be into.

It is hilarious, check it out. Though in the interest of full disclosure I should say that it co-stars Mark Feuerstein, a friend of mine. I only hope for his sake the East Coast/West Coast rivalry doesn't erupt into gunfire.

Very funny. But there's a larger question here. How is it that a video, made by individuals, is better directed than an NBC funded (and 30 year-old) sketch show?

And the even larger one: I'll put the cupcakes at Toast up against any cupcakes in the world!

After just coming back from a week on the c-c-c-old East Coast, it was so fun to see this.

I'm a Brooklyn, NY girl, born and bred, but after 10 years in L.A. my rebel yell is "Westside"!!
