It's Not Like Valerie Plame Was Working on Anything Important...

She was just tracking Iran's nuclear weapons program. As reported by MSNBC's David Shuster on Hardball and elsewhere last night, and by Larisa Alexandrovna on RawStory.com earlier this year, when Plame and everyone she works with was outed by the White House, for political reasons, our ability to monitor nuclear proliferation was "significantly hampered." "The administration's ability to track Iran's nuclear ambitions was damaged as well."

This has gone wayyy past Impeachment.

It'll never happen, but this guy should be up on criminal charges, at the least, or a charge of treason (if there was any justice)

I don't think I'm over reacting.
I know it's not realistic, but I think it would be entirely justified.

I have said before, and will say again:

When you out someone like Valerie Plame, you never know if somewhere out there is another CIA agent who is in a room with a very dangerous individual... and is only there because Valerie Plame's other persona vouched for him. If Valerie Plame is outed, the front company she worked for, and everyone who ever worked for that company or was supported by that company in their documents is in danger.

And as the former CIA men on Hardball said last night, if Bush and Cheney didn't know she was working Iran WMD's then they're guilty of incompetence. If they did know, I think it's impeachment AT BEST.
